ForgeDBI was founded by a developer who spent years building websites for home builders — and kept seeing the same structural problems.
Listings out of sync across pages. Pricing updated in one place but wrong in three others. The same floorplan offered in multiple communities with no clean way to manage different specs per location. Static site plans emailed as PDFs that were outdated before they were opened. Leads submitted with no context about what the buyer actually viewed. And every few years, the answer was the same: Rebuild the website.
