Why ForgeDBI Exists
ForgeDBI was founded by a developer who spent years building websites for home builders—and saw the same problems over and over.
Listings out of sync across pages. Pricing updated in one place but wrong in three others. The same floorplan offered in five communities, but no way to manage different specs per location. Site plans emailed as PDFs that were outdated before they arrived. Leads that came in with no context. Websites that needed rebuilding every two years.
The tools existed to solve these problems. But most agencies weren't building them. They were selling templates, plugins, and retainers—not platforms designed for how builders actually sell homes.
ForgeDBI exists because the home building industry deserves better technology. Not generic websites with builder content bolted on. Real platforms built from the ground up for communities, floorplans, available homes, and the way builders operate.
