8. SMS & Text Message Communications

ForgeDBI LLC sends transactional SMS messages (booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and service updates) on behalf of businesses using the ForgeHome platform. Recipients opt in by submitting their phone number through our clients’ booking or contact forms, or when speaking with our AI phone receptionist. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent information are used solely to deliver the transactional SMS messages you requested. Message frequency varies by usage, and message and data rates may apply.
