The why
ForgeDBI started with a Maryland software engineer who spent years around the trades — riding along on jobs, sitting at kitchen tables while estimates got written, listening to phones ring out in trucks and crawlspaces.
The same thing kept happening. Great contractors — booked because they're good — losing the next job because their hands were full when the phone rang. The caller doesn't wait. They call the next name on the list.
So he built the thing that answers the phone. And then the rest of it: the website that turns visitors into calls, the local search presence that gets you found, the follow-up that gets you booked.
