These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of forgedbi.com and the services provided by ForgeDBI LLC. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

ForgeDBI provides web development, SEO, generative engine optimization (GEO), and related digital marketing services. The specific scope of any engagement is set out in a separate proposal or agreement.

2. Proposals and payment

Fees, deliverables, and timelines are defined in your project proposal. Payment terms are as stated there; late payments may pause work.

3. Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the final deliverables for your project. ForgeDBI retains rights to its underlying tools, frameworks, and methods, and may reference completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

4. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing timely content, approvals, and access needed to complete the work, and for the accuracy of materials you supply.

5. Warranties and disclaimers

Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, or lead volumes, which depend on factors outside our control.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForgeDBI’s total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as described in the applicable proposal. Fees for work completed through the termination date remain due.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
